Nice setup! I wouldn't mind getting a smoker in the future, but for now we just had a new grill delivered a few weeks ago. Going to use it tonight for some shrimp and veggies.

Anyway, it's a Weber Genesis SP-E-325s (3-burner, propane, stainless steel grates/bars, searing zone, and night lights). So far so good.

I have a 22inch mastertouch kettle and the new 36” Weber flat top griddle. Love the griddle.

        A griddle is REALLLY useful.

@Axtremus all it has to do is apply heat to food.

A basic five burner propane. An old Brinkman water smoker. A decent size charcoal pit I burn wood in, that I do some smoking in. A small Chargriller if it's just a couple of steaks or burgers and I want that taste.

I really want an offset woodburning smoker, but I haven't gotten one of my buddies to fabricate one for me, yet . Or something else took my spare shekels.

I know. i want a stickburner too, but they are expensive for a good one, and take up a good bit of real estate. I'm not sure as I get older I'd use it enough. Already sold my Open Range a year or two ago.

Church built an outdoor kitchen. Three Blackstone's, three fryers, three double burners, a 12' pit made from oilfield pipe and a fire pit at the end with places to hang three or four hogs.

Plenty of working room in the middle. It's a fun place to cook.

If I could find a church like that around here....

I really enjoyed being in the church choir in junior high. I expect I'd like it now. I was asked to join a huge barbershop chorus, but that's a lifestyle all its own.

I really think I’m pulling the trigger on an Oklahoma Joe Bronco Drum Smoker. Either that or a Weber Bullet. The Bronco is not cheap, though.

Nothing like a pulled pork sammich with homemade BBQ sauce and a dollop of coleslaw on top, all on a fresh bun.

Fresh corn-on-the cob would be nice, too.

Never used a gas type like that. Have used an electric version. Pay close attention to the instructions. I think if you tinker with it, you'll turn out some pretty good stuff.

Mrs Phibes just got back from visiting a friend in rural Iowa. Apparently they thought that the idea of somebody who didn't hunt owning a smoker was hilarious.

So now I need to buy a rifle.
(Just kidding. I'm going to be dangerous enough as it is owning a smoker)

                                          I was only joking
