I am sorry for my post. I was manipulated by Jon into feeling disappointment, when the only disappointment I should have felt was in myself, for being so gullible as to to fall for yet another of his dastardly schemes.

Speaking of coffee, the latest sleep data is in. Or lack thereof! Orange is awake time. Kid is sleeping pretty well akshully. But the 2 year old has a cold that’s waking him up often.

So if you want to rob my home @Horace make sure to do it at exactly 2am or 4am. About a 10 min window.

Without googling and judging from the responses and without opening the answer, I would put it more towards a third.

Why? Because I would guess that there are more older homeowners who have payed their mortgage. Younger folks may tend to rent more and more. So it sways the percentage to that side.

Ok now I looked and I see I was right. That’s probably what I would have guessed anyway without seeing the reaction to the low ball figures.

Me too, I would have guessed 37 or 38%.

Just to be different, I'll say 50% and if I'm wrong I'm guessing too low.

I haven't Googled yet, but now I'm going to look it up.
