Frozen Pizza

We enjoy a Jack's (thincrust) or DiGiorno, probably about 6 times each year. Delicious and convenient.
That being said, we make pizzas every friday night from almost-scratch. We buy the dough from Trader Joe's and roll it out. We've done it nearly every Friday for the past 10 years!

I’d hit that pizza.

You would slowly and carefully cut it into bite sized morsels, chewing each 40 times before washing it down with room temperature mineral water, then a dab on each corner of your mouth with a spotless cloth napkin. Replaced with a new one after each bite.

Sparkling water. Philistine.

Every once in a while I forget how damn salty they are and buy one. I regret it after the first couple of bites.
Which you eat with a fork.
And a knife. Always have, even in the college dorm.
Is there a different way to eat pizza for a man with any amount of culture?
In Italy, they don't even cut a pizza into slices when they are served, so of course you use fork and knife. You don't drink wine directly from the bottle either.

Yes, I also shake my head over the pathetic state of American eating culture. Or rather, the lack thereof.

I disagree with a lot of what Germany did in World War 2.

Bro, I don't know how to put it lightly but you live in Germany. I can count on one fist the number of Food Network specials that were ever filmed there.

Well, you have to wipe the lip before you pass it to be polite, but yeah. We do.

@89th that looks wonderful.
What kind of sauce did you use?
ETA: Moar deets on the process...in the "Cookbook" thread might be a good place.
I'm tempted...
Here you go! Enjoy.
