Very cool. Itβs a special feeling being an educator. I can relate, with my time on TNCR.

You're the 2nd one in your family to have videos posted online, after your sister.
Srsly tho, congrats!

If it was was just me, weβd have to pay people to take it.
But seriously itβs all free, including very specialized content from KOLs in the field. One of the problems with rare diseases is people donβt know about them so they donβt test for them. This disease gets misdiagnosed all the time, indeed we think only about 10% of the people who have it have been properly diagnosed. The liver manifestation is often only discovered at autopsy.
So the foundation sees supporting medical education as a big part of its mission. So we are actually subsidizing the cost.

Did you do shout-outs to individual tncr members, or just the forum as a whole?

Well considering he introduced himself as "who dis?", I think that was a subtle nod to his best friends here on the interwebs.

Fortunately Iβm taller than everyone else so unless I sit down or bow my head no one sees that aspect of my hairlineβ¦.

So pleased to see this!
Ignore the hair comments. They're just jealous you have more than they do.
