If it was was just me, weβd have to pay people to take it.
But seriously itβs all free, including very specialized content from KOLs in the field. One of the problems with rare diseases is people donβt know about them so they donβt test for them. This disease gets misdiagnosed all the time, indeed we think only about 10% of the people who have it have been properly diagnosed. The liver manifestation is often only discovered at autopsy.
So the foundation sees supporting medical education as a big part of its mission. So we are actually subsidizing the cost.
