There is no more hated a man in America, I mean other than Trump, amongst leftist opinionators. I’ll have to write a post about the stuff they say when they talk amongst themselves about that guy. He's a sellout by definition (not worth discussing alternative theories), and if you speak of his life, or his history, you run the risk of humanizing him. Anybody engaging in public discussions of the man must be careful to make an unambiguous point that the man is Evil, full stop.

But at the appellate level, most of the arguments are made on paper by filing briefs, rather than in oral arguments. So, you may have a point there.

You need to watch more commercials. In several of them, a black man is married to a white man.
