I thought Lenin had syphilis?
-
It’s been postulated but never proven. On the other hand, Joe Stalin was pretty profligate and, apparently quite fecund. He too did not die of syphilis. Not that it really matters.

So you have some credible sources that say otherwise?
No, of course not.
I'm glad you trust the Soviets. Considering their history in such matters, pardon me if I don't.

I glad too that you admit that you really have no clue about what you are talking about regarding the topic of Lenin’s death.

Sorry, I have past behavior and the weight of history on my side.

Jesus will put no more on you than what you can bear...

In a text sent to PJ Media by Lang’s family, Lang wrote, “I am being held in true solitary confinement, locked in my cell 22 hours a day.
False. True solitary would be 24 hours.
“…I have now been completely cut off from the outside world! They have suspended my phone and tablet access. I cannot talk to my family or my attorney. I literally have nothing left but food and my Bible.”
So, how’d his message get out if he’s been cut off?

False. True solitary would be 24 hours.
California: The prisoners are kept confined to their cells almost twenty-three hours a day and all forms of human contact through refined locking and monitoring systems are minimized.
Secure housing units: These units are characterized by extreme isolation of prisoners who "are housed in small cells with solid steel doors…for 22 to 23 hours per day." Inmates are also deprived of social interaction and denied access to educational or therapeutic programs and health care while being held in SHUs.

Be that as it may, there is no need for you to confuse to bear with to bare. No one, not even Jesus, has asked you to bare anything.
Your loss, sunshine.

In my mind, these type of stories start to move into "conspiracy" type of stories.
For example, somehow, all the judges got together and decided to treat these prisoners differently they do other prisoners. They did it just because!!!
There is this secret group chat between federal judges who ignore what happened and similar cases and the facts about each individual case and just act arbitrary.
The judge in this case talked about above was appointed by guess who????? President Trump!!!!!! Is this possible? Didn't President Trump say he would appoint judges who apply the law correctly???????
-
Who was the judge?

No need for conspiracies. It is a hard stone-cold fact that rioters who assaulted police officers, tried to burn federal buildings were let off with minimal sentences in many cases - in Portland.
So, yeah, they are being treated differently.

Judge Carl Nichols
QUOTE
Nichols was mentioned as a potential judicial nominee in March 2018.[2] On June 7, 2018, President Donald Trump announced his intent to nominate Nichols to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.[4] On June 18, 2018, his nomination was sent to the Senate. President Trump nominated Nichols to the seat vacated by Richard W. Roberts, who took senior status on March 16, 2016.[5] On August 22, 2018, a hearing on his nomination was held before the Senate Judiciary Committee.[6] On October 11, 2018, his nomination was reported out of committee by an 11–10 vote.[7]On January 3, 2019, his nomination was returned to the President under Rule XXXI, Paragraph 6 of the United States Senate. On January 23, 2019, President Trump announced his intent to renominate Nichols for the same federal judgeship.[8] His nomination was sent to the Senate later that day.[9] On February 7, 2019, his nomination was reported out of committee by a 12–10 vote.[10] On May 22, 2019, his nomination was confirmed by a vote of 55–43.[11] He received his judicial commission on June 25, 2019.
UNQUOTEIn addition, just a couple of days ago, the "U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on Wednesday upheld a lower court judge’s decision to order Lang’s continued detention"
So, just maybe, this guy did some really bad things, and multiple judges from both sides of the politics area agree he should be kept in jail.
