It's weird. I don't understand how NodeBB resizes pictures.
For example:
I'm screen-shotting (is that a word) of how it looks on my screen at a set width of the browser window.
But in the same thread, same browser width...

Hm, the HTML code for all embedded images is the same. Maybe there's something in the CSS style or the like that controls the size.
In the forum setting, I found the following parameters. I played a little with the 760px limit and changed it to 0, but it doesn't seem to have an effect.

I'm sorry, guys.
I wanted to fix the problem some people have with the Tweet embedding, but my attempt of solving it fucked up the forum so badly that I could not even undo my change! That's not what I expected.
I have now "solved" the problem by restoring to a backup from around 20 hours ago, which means that everything you posted in the last 20 hours is gone. Sorry about that!
I'll be more cautious next time I try something out

The indigenous people started racism by killing Mr. Columbus's men who arrived here looking for work.
Reparations paid by the indigenous racists wouldn't hurt, even now.

I've installed a plugin for reactions. You can react to a post by clicking on the little emoji that now shows up under a post.
Let's see whether this adds anything to the board. If it is annoying I can always disable it.
