Also, when I try to reply or enter a new post using my iPad, I get a huge screen where I can enter text. However, there's no place to click "submit". I can't scroll to the bottom, because it never ends. In the background, I can scroll past posts, but not see them because of the huge white box.

On iPad, I had to use a different browser, FireFox, to get around that.

Looks like some or maybe even all of the issues go away if we do use the new "Harmony" theme instead of our old "Persona" theme. The minor inconveniences of the "Harmony" theme may be the smaller evil compared to the bugs we see now.
I'll wait until I hear back from Jon whether that would also solve his problems.

What you see here is "Persona". What you see in the test clone I set up, and what we had briefly in the beginning of the new NodeBB version, is "Harmony".

OK, I've changed the theme back to Harmony. It solves a couple of issues.

You can always click on the link. They weren't really that big in the last version either.

The issue I have is the quick reply box is essentially useless due to the banner announcing post counts at the bottom. It blocks the post button, even if you scroll. It’s even screwing with this reply.

Without adding more work for @Klaus , I wonder what other themes are out there that might be useful.

This looks like an issue to me that is likely to be fixed soon.
There's also a few ways to customize the theme; maybe I can remove the post count.

Hey @LuFins-Dad , I enabled a "Hide bottom bar on mobile devices" option, and at least on my phone the "Quick reply" button is now no longer covered.

This thread is tagged "george gripes," so indulge me.
The YouTube plug-in appears to work fine, but the window is annoyingly small, making the video basically unwatchable without opening another tab/window.
Is the adjustable?

LOL I was thinking the same thing, but thought it maybe was just me and the type of broker and operating system I had. 555

@George-K I'm annoyed by the small YT embedding, too. Theoretically, it should be possible to adapt the size of the embedding, but right now there seems to be some compatibility issue between the plugin and the current nodebb version...

Unless I missed it above, it seems if I have a page open (on a specific thread), it doesn't auto-update as folks reply unless I refresh the page. Previously, I think, the page refreshed content automatically.
