Causes of the congestion at Port Los Angeles

Centralize all your data
Distribute all your data
repeatWe made a fortune doing that for many years
If you are centralized, we will distribute you
If you are distributed, we will centralize you
for lots of moneyThese supply chain messes will lead to more local sourcing and the cycle will cycle

Oh, so true.
Mainframes are bad. You need PC software.
PC software does not coordinate. You need servers with network connected desktops.
Software on the desktops is too hard to update. You need
mainframesapplication servers.Application servers are too isolated. You need the cloud.
The cloud is too insecure. You need (whatever concept is repeated goes here.).
Also
We have too many employees. We need to use consultants.
We are spending too much on consultants. We need employees.
Repeat ad nauseum. The pendulum swings, and swings back.
But again, I made lots of money off these cyclical fads.

The Port of Los Angeles will operate around the clock …
The Port of Long Beach has also started a pilot program that operates one of its terminal around the clock.

BTW the solution to the cloud insecurity is multi-cloud.
