Not a huge fan. But I haven’t thought enough of the implications to oppose it strongly. I also don’t know how much of an impediment it is to companies going public. Seems to me that companies automate most of the reporting anyway and once you’ve done that the extra effort for 4x a year rather than 2x probably isn’t that big a deal.

@Horace said: Horses' ass. Or maybe Horse's ass. You choose. Your audience is watching. And that is the problem with talk to text, isn’t it?

I like his ‘happiness = quality of life - envy’ formulation too. Though maybe it’s QOL-resentment, which is when envy takes its toxic form.

I watched 20 seconds here and there, felt like a very cold robotic video. Not sure how anyone would watch that for entertainment.

I thought this thread was going to be releasing the audio of it, even though it was allegedly completely destroyed.

My favorite reviewer thought it was a comfort blanket, though a flawed one. Link to video The other reviews I've heard or read are not that impressed.

I guess I will always have the memories of the peaches we picked at the u-pick in California. It was mid to late season and we were naughty and broke the rules because the most perfect peaches were actually on the ground, and you could just bite them and it was just the most perfect peach.

Imagine those who hold that socially encouraged point of view, but who do have an IQ over 70. Witness the black lawyers. Like Jasmine Crockett, or Dominique whatever his name is, who the Anthony family hired. Or maybe that attorney hired the Anthony family. I do suspect that's actually how it worked. But these things are complicated.

Genuine question - what’s the rationale (even just the official one) for banning Fable/Mythos just for non-US citizens? The US is not lacking in motivated hackers/criminals and surely hacker/criminal networks can find themselves a US citizen.

Received a new Constitution booklet from Turning Point USA. It contains the U.S. Constitution (including the 27 Amendments). The front cover shows the image of the head of a bald eagle, the Statue of Liberty, the Freedom Tower, and Mount Rushmore. The front inside cover shows an image of Charlie Kirk. The back cover shows an image of Ronald Reagan. No image of Trump.

One of the new lesser breed of "not cool enough to have hung out with Jeffery Epstein" sexual deviants.

This world is beginning to suck. If Bill Gates can't get away with doing shit--where do we all stand?
