I think locality is more important than sums. Doesn't do much to say there are more leftwing nutters overall if all your rural neighbors are Qanon Trumpists.
But around my area, yeah, far more left-wing nutters, so they're of more concern to me than the far-right.

If you think you only hear about it second or third hand from me it's definitely selective hearing. We actually get right wing nuttery posted here directly, with neither self-awareness nor ironic intent.
