Trump put children in cages, letting them sleep on concrete floors with a blanket. He abused children, according to the media and many in Congress.
Biden is putting children in cages, letting them sleep on concrete floors with a blanket. He is doing this, because he cares for these poor children, according to the media and many in Congress.

I think they have a worse ranking than China by many measures.

I should go check, but isn't the strait of Taiwan fairly shallow, and not a good match for submarines. Thought I heard that somewhere.

I am pretty sure you are correct. But the Taiwan submarines will also be used in the South China Sea and also to prevent any possible blockade of Taiwan.
