My favorite is butter chicken pizza.
Lots of Indian pizza places in the town I grew up in.
Basically - the butter chicken gravy becomes the sauce. Chicken the topping. And a bunch of usual suspect vegetables go well on it.
Also goes super well with cilantro and ginger (ginger in the sauce, cilantro sprinkled on after).

I bet that's good. What type of sauce, if any?Just a little oil.

My vote is George with his sliced beets pizza.
Brenda, we had a similar pizza tonight. Creme fraiche and goat cheese sauce with asparagus, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.

Friday, that sounds very tasty!
Yes, George, wins this with the beets.

Indian pizza! I bet my family would love it. I'll be looking for recipes, or just create my own version. Thanks for the idea!

That's what I thought it would be, no sauce. The oil would be plenty and not conflict with the sprouts, and the bacon adds lots of flavor and aromaNever heard of this variation. Not sure whether hubby who for this, but he might. The bacon would possibly sway him.

Shrimp. Spicy honey.
Mike, tell me more about these two. Special sauce or cheese with the shrimp?
What sauce/toppings work well with the spicy honey?

I’m supposed to get some OO flour tomorrow. Now if I can get some yeast I can make Pizzeria Locale dough.

I found yeast by the pound on Amazon.
I just looked at the prices there for the SAF yeast. Holy cow! They're charging crazy high prices.
Looks like price gouging to me. $13 plus over $8 shipping fee for one pound. No wonder KAF is out of stock.

I’ve never made it, I had it at a local pizza place.
You could make this. We'll help!

Not odd, just really good.... pesto and red sauce together.
