Good looking photos. Starting a blog?
Nope, just:
- I know some of the photo things
- Which allows me to see that it just so happens this very small portion of the kitchen is ideal for pitchers.

Looks great! I do a lot of these in the winter. Pork, chicken, whatever veggies are in the fridge, bone broth and a spoonful of better than bouillon vegetable goop. And some sort of alcohol - wine or dark beer. Herbs and spices. Mine go in the instant pot because I can do that last minute.

I love, LOVE, leeks!
Photos when done, please!
My wife made hearth bread to coincide. Which, awesome.

Herbs and spices.
Which do you like to use, jodi?

You ruined it with a green pepper.
Your face.

@Aqua-Letifer -herbs and spices- mostly I use dried, there was a yellow paper box of poultry seasoning I found in Maine that I really like that I can’t find here. Bell’s. Good with both chicken and pork. Otherwise I like thyme and sage, and those grinder things that have a mix of spices and garlic and salt in them.

And the stew looks like it turned out great! And that bread looks yummy.
Spent all day on both. Ate it in 20 minutes. Absolutely worth it.
(I never understood that time comparison, by the way. I mean, yeah. That's how it works. Go with ramen if that's your thing, I don't care, but worthwhile things take time. That being said, next time I'll use the instant pot.)
