I work in half an hour on the Airdyne 6 days a week. Sunday is full rest day. Hour to ninety minutes weights five days. Serious biking is two hours plus. More fun than weights too.

Nothing much but I'm down to 210.9, which was a surprise. I was at 232 in July, then 223 in January, and even 219 in April, so almost a pound a week since then, which is a good pace. I'm sure it will slow.

Despite this thread subject, I have not been working out but am a very active dad with kids/projects around the house, so I get plenty of steps in after work lol. I've been eating better in that I keep my breakfast and lunches routine, and the big kicker BY FAR is I'm avoiding sitting on the couch and snacking at 10pm. Instead I'm vibe coding and drinking a diet 7-up.

Bleak that the most effective fitness app is apparently just having children and no free will.

That’s cool, 89. Imagine how you could compound that if you could go to a gym or get on a bike even 3x a week.

The Mrs and I did a day of gardening/yardwork - and it was exhausting. I felt muscles I didn't know I had - and was fatigued the next day. Still, I was recovered enough to do my Pilates workout and later run track last night.

Yeah. I’ve been rocking leg days for months and then my first serious ride of the season was quite a wake up call.

I’ve been paying for a gym membership for almost a year, and haven’t seen any results.

Tomorrow I’m going down there for myself to see what’s going on…..

Yeah, it doesn't work everything. That's why I've been adding in new machines that work especially the hip flexor group and the muscles that support the knees.

I discovered something this morning. I usually mix my creatine powder with a sugar free lemonade. I was out today so i tried it with a Coke Zero. Big mistake - fizzed up all out of control, big mess.

My wife just this morning said she wants to start taking creatine to help with fatigue and brain fog.

                          Interesting.

I wouldn’t think of taking it as my creatinine levels are already high due to CKD from my meds. I’ve not inserted myself into the argument as to whether it can further damage my kidneys or just appear that way on my labs but either way I’m sure my transplant team would have none of it.

I do it for muscle recovery, but only 3-5 G daily.
