Great game. Naturally, I did not like the end result, but nevertheless a superb match.
Hellebuyck stood on his head protecting his net throughout the game and in the end, won it for the team.

The 3 on 3 overtime is marginally better than a shootout to determine the winner. Neither however can compare to the full strength NHL sudden death continuous overtime in determining the better of the two teams.

Great game. Lots of shouting in our house. Canada would’ve beat the USA 8 times out of 10 but glad we won this time!

If you watch the last play, right after we first control the puck, Jack Hughes makes an extremely risky gamble by poking at the puck to keep it moving down the ice. Of course we know he barely (by an inch?) hit the puck before the Canadian player and he ended up scoring about 5 seconds later. But had he not hit the puck first the Canadians would've had an easy 2 vs 0 and likely would've won it for their side. I'll see if I can find a clip.
