Well, since I've been looking up leg workouts that don't stress my knee (partially bone on bone - no pain but trying to preserve whatever cartilage I have left), I'm thinking that's not in the picture.

I would do them except there’s not enough room in my gym. Oh well.

I would pay good money to see that. 😁

And we have a solution: @Mik pays @jon-nyc to go to a bigger gym.

I’m still working on a basic ground level somersault.

I wonder how often he nails it?

If only my gym were bigger I’d be doing 3 sets of 10. With that amount of practice I’d probably be pretty good at it by now.

That was awesome. Just showed my 5 year old who is learning a handspring lol. He was actually asked to join the local trampoline and tumbling team, which is cool. He’s been weirdly coordinated since he was hitting a ball off a tee at 10 months old (yes while walking). Certainly doesn’t get those skills from me!

I just watched the video. Jon, if you make even a reasonable attempt I'll send you a gift card for the chiropractor.

Easy. I can do them in my sleep.

Yeah, it’s doing them awake that’s the hard part.
