                    Amazon lays off 14,000 due to AI... Target lays off 2,000 due to AI.... Chegg (obviously) lays off 45% of workforce due to AI, they were some of the first services to be easily replaced.

                          I am pretty confident people will adapt. New job types will be formed, etc.

                          I read somewhere that the % of people employed as blacksmiths in the late 1800's was quite high. 20 years later, the need for blacksmiths was way way down.

                          As they say, the only thing constant is change.
