I'm not familiar with the market. Maybe some of this happens every change in Administration.

In fact, I saw something on Zillow the other day that mentioned the number of total listings for January of 2025 was lower than the year prior.

Don't forget, the domestic and landscaping help will be headed south.

I love the emotive language - 'rats leaving a sinking ship'.

I guess we can't all be professional assholes like the guy Tweeting.

And it's a very short reach.

Thank you, I’ve been pointing that out elsewhere and was looking for that chart.

It must be all the federal workers that didn't get laid off, now looking to move closer to the office.

Yeah that initial post was another fake DOGE ā€œheadlineā€. Again… I’m for reform, I’m not for fake headlines that make it seem like they’re finding new ancient Egyptian tombs… more like a Geraldo team, at this point.

@LuFins-Dad thanks! Since my 1,000 mile commute is not possible, if they come after contractors working remotely I will just switch so another company that allows remote work. ā€œWorstā€ case scenario, I work for any of the many Fortune 500 companies that are based in Minnesota. All of which also allow remote work, for the most part.

Would be fun to hang out, though!

Speaking of hanging out I’ll be in Minneapolis this fall. I’ll keep you posted.
