You mean the ability to attach images (not links) to a post? Yes. You can even copy&paste images into a post.

This is what I'm talking about. Rather than posting an emoji, you have the option for Tapatalk to search a GIF.

OK, I installed the plugin. But it has no effect yet. I assume it needs a forum rebuild, which means 3min outage.
