      Yeah, but if at the wrong angle it buckles. I put on a brace and can hobble around okay.

          Maybe a grade 1. Not really any pain, mild discomfort and just the occasional loss of strength.

          Do I need to go on IR?

                  Not necessarily. I went to an ortho about 10 years ago for knee pain. He did a joint aspiration which was unremarkable. He thought torn meniscus. MRI showed normal meniscus....and a tumor.

                    Could be meniscus too. Lots of moving parts. Just don’t mess around - find a top ortho and see them.

                      I’ve twice had remarkably good results from steroid injections when I had knee pain. Haven’t had any for several years and I do pretty intense weight lifting. Every now and then the left knee will be a little crunchy if I move just so but no pain.
