You guys don’t know how to live.

My fiancée does that when I come home and she’s potty trained.

    Only non-witches get due process.

If she can wiggle her tail like that I see why you're marrying her.

By far, The Bee was the sweetest, most affectionate cat I have ever had. She's hop on my chest, rub on my face, and purr her heart out - until I touched her.

          Then she'd snarl, and bite.

          Dogs have no such problems.

My kids want a dog, so do I (never had one... parents were allergic), although the walks in the winter are a bit tougher. We're waiting until at least our 1 year old is potty trained... only want to have one creature to potty train at a time.

I have very simple requirements for one. One that is fun to play with, snuggly, doesn't shed, and doesn't have an annoying bark. Simple, right?

They all shed, but some less than others and some put off a lot less dander.

Consider a poodle. 🐩 Yeah, if you want that classic cut, you're going to the groomers. But they come in different sizes (a standard can weigh 50 pounds), they're smart dogs and the oldest dogs I've been around have been poodles.

If you want something good with kids, doesn't shed a bunch, but needs more exercise, consider a schnauzer. Also comes in more than one size. SIL's husband and his family have had several over the years, and they've all been smart and energetic. Again, gotta take them to the groomers, but they're pretty hypoallergenic dogs.

That's a couple of choices I know about. I thought about some of the terriers, but I don't know if you want to be a terrier person. Terriers own you.

D3 got a labradoodle/bichon mix from a shelter. Little shedding, but needs grooming.

He is paper trained as well as going outside,

My wife grew up with a lab, so I'd imagine that's what we'd get. Sheds, I know... but friendly as hell

My SIL has a pug and I have to admit as ugly as they initially art.... man if they aren't a great friend in the house. They're like the friendliness of a dog, but the house behavior of a cat. Most of the time.

I had a 14-pound sheltie that would have torn up any dog twice her size.

U want a working gun dog? Get what we have. A vizsla. No shed. No wet dog smell. Smart as any dog I’ve ever had. And loving beyond words. (Called Velcro dogs because they have no understanding of personal space. They stick with u everywhere u go) and if like jolly, u may be interested in an hunting companion, well that’s what they are bred for.
