    Congratulations!

Is this your last? Or do you have 1 more?

      Thanks!

This was the first of (probably) three. This was for an associate's from community college - he's going for two years for a bachelors starting next year, and my daughter is a sophomore next year in a 4-year bachelor's.

      I was only joking

Excellent achievement, poor planning by the school. Sorry you had to go through it.

If you'll forgive the boasting, he really knocked it out of the park after a slightly shaky start. He had a dismal year in 2020 doing Mechanical Engineering at Wentworth in Boston, which he absolutely hated, and also got derailed by Covid. Since then he worked for a while, then went back to do a non-engineering course at community college, and finished in the top 5% of the school despite having to drive a 50 mile commute three times a week.

Wow no kidding about the weather and the need to change the priority of the ceremonial events. That is a major sux0r. That being said, good on your kiddo for the good results and hard work and good luck to the next kiddo!

I'd be a bit aggravated myself at the way the ceremony was handled...Nonetheless, congrats to your son (and his parents!)

That’s really great! What is he thinking of studying for his bachelor’s?
