    If the kid is an average build, I’d go to a high end consignment store. Then straight to a tailor. I’ve seen some impressive deals on high end men’s wear here. Same with dress shoes. I’ve done it with my kid.

    I agree. Someone once told me something like: A good thrift store suit costing USD$100 with $100 of alterations is better than a USD$200 suit direct from off the rack.

        Yes, it's an entertaining business model. My son worked for them for a while unloading the trucks, so got even more off the "reduced" items. I have to say those guys work bloody hard for not that much money.

                  The great Brett Gelman, of iBrain fame. That's one of the most hilarious movie scenes in the history of movie scenes. That whole movie is awesome.
