Sorry, but I'm referring to David and Bathsheba, as I figured even a cursory scholar of the Bible would know. David was not perfect. In fact, he was a deeply flawed man. But God chose him to do some mighty things within his life. Sometimes God has used flawed men for his purposes. David conquered Jerusalem and united Israel. He defeated the Philistines so badly, they never bothered Israel again. And David brought the border of Israel al the way to the sea.
