Smart location. While the sea level will rise 0.3 meters by 2050, even if it rises 2.0 meters (6x as much), his house (red circle) will still be safe, although the areas in light blue will be gone.

Wait, a townhouse in Palm Beach, a TOWNHOUSE, is worth $5.3 million.

We had a big company event in Boca Raton last summer and they took us up to Palm Beach. The money around there is clear to see. I decided that I won't be moving there.

          I was only joking

Imagine if it had a golf course, spa, 20 acres.

There are so many places I would buy/live for $5.3 million. Living in the crowded Florida heat and humidity is not one of them.

Wouldn't you rethink that if you could have Mr. Hannity as a neighbor?

If you can tolerate that much more crime and the humidity then Florida is great.

                        How much more crime?

Pfft - Florida is still safer than Illinois. And our climate is better.
