    Hannity has owned a Palm Beach townhouse since April 2021, when he paid a recorded $5.3 million for it.

        Smart location. While the sea level will rise 0.3 meters by 2050, even if it rises 2.0 meters (6x as much), his house (red circle) will still be safe, although the areas in light blue will be gone.

              We had a big company event in Boca Raton last summer and they took us up to Palm Beach. The money around there is clear to see. I decided that I won't be moving there.
