@George-K I have such a physical reaction watching those videos. My palms sweat, my calves tinge, and my heart rate increases. The sound of the "wind" in the video doesn't help.

YOu should. I am not sure if it was in the movie or the article, but one of the training exercises he does it to hang from the molding that goes on the outside of a door frame for 90 minutes at a time to strengthen his fingers. After reading that, I tried it and could not last even 9.0 seconds!!!

Link to videoReminds me of this one time I told some guy I owed money to, that Iād give him his 40 dollars there on that ledge, just meet me there tomorrow. Then the next day I totally didnāt go. I just stayed home lol. He must have felt so stupid when he got up there and I wasnāt even there lol. I mean I went up the night before and left the 40 dollars there but lol I didnāt even hand it to him lol.
