Did you see the movie "Free Solo"? My palms were sweating watching it!!!!

@George-K I have such a physical reaction watching those videos. My palms sweat, my calves tinge, and my heart rate increases. The sound of the "wind" in the video doesn't help.

YOu should. I am not sure if it was in the movie or the article, but one of the training exercises he does it to hang from the molding that goes on the outside of a door frame for 90 minutes at a time to strengthen his fingers. After reading that, I tried it and could not last even 9.0 seconds!!!
