Use the pressurized one. A bit easier and more effective. Something like Simply Saline

There's a school of thought ... Remember the dilute H2O2 gargle and nose ream? That was for prevention, based on lowering viral load.
I an see where less viral copies are better...

I'm a little curious what happens if I do a nasal swab test right after my next rinse.
I have several that expire next month, so I might waste one on it.
