Logical. Crap likes to lodge in sinuses. Did you do one of those machines that run it in one nostril and out the other?

No just a simple squeeze bottle. I intend to use it for a few days and toss it

      Only non-witches get due process.

make your own solution with one part kosher salt and one part baking soda.

Painful or just weird? It very much looks effective, but also looks alien.

It's not painful, it's weird. Not a big deal really.

Use the pressurized one. A bit easier and more effective. Something like Simply Saline

                    Reduce viral load.

One doctor says it will help. General consensus is “might help, won’t hurt”.

There's a school of thought ... Remember the dilute H2O2 gargle and nose ream? That was for prevention, based on lowering viral load.

I an see where less viral copies are better...

I'm a little curious what happens if I do a nasal swab test right after my next rinse.

I have several that expire next month, so I might waste one on it.

Yeah, I've used the pressurized can before. Works really well.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
