I hate to say it, but I hardly ever read anymore. It’s all Audible…

That works for me, of course.

I'll probably finish this this year, maybe a day or two later.

Some free Prime Reading, it is pretty lightweight.

Last book, first book? I don't have time to read these days. I sleep from about 1130pm until 530am, take care of kids, work, kids, and eventually around 9pm I am able to do my own stuff, so could I read? Yes, but I have projects/duties around the house I need to do, and eventually sit down to watch 30 minutes of Light & Magic or another show before going to bed. Don't cry for me, I'm more worried about not having much time to work out. It's all good, Baby 3 arrives in a few weeks...I'm sure that'll free me up!

Most likely my “last book” for 2022 will be a serial novel published online by some author in China. I am at installment # 2283. I kind of got hooked into it by listening to the novel being read aloud in some YouTube videos, I treated it like listening to an audio books
at the time. But then I quickly caught up with the audio production published in YouTube and had to look for the written novel if I want continue with the story. Then when I found out it was originally published in installments as online serial. I have no idea if it’s completed by the author of if the author is still publishing new installments daily, I just keep reading. I may or may not get to the end before 2022 runs out. :man-shrugging:

A fabulous book my sister gave me for Christmas.

It’s a history of the 20s written in 1932 I believe. Great, engaging detail not just of major events but daily life. It really brings it to life.

Same thing for his book Since Yesterday, which I redd many years ago, and would have said the same thing about that you did.

I don't know what I'll be reading. Probably some lightweight thing since I'm not of a mind to tackle anything serious.

Looks like it'll be this one in terms of actual reading:

@George-K you would be proud of me. I am reading the Harry Bosch books in order, and recently I ended with "The Narrows"

I liked that one. The setting comes back in another story. And yeah, reading them in order is good.
