Reminds me of Olivia Williams, who I remember mostly from Rushmore.

To a lesser extent, reminds me of Polly Walker, who I remember from Dark Harbor, a very small movie which has been difficult to track down on streaming services. Really cool little mystery movie.

But she's had a good career and I think she has some talent. An actress I've always liked and would have done her standing up in a hammock when she was younger, because I thought she was sexy as hell.

Are there any actresses or actors that didn't achieve superstardom, that you thought maybe deserved more?

@Jolly Yeah Julia Ormond in Legends of the Fall (yes, 29 years ago) was beautiful. Had to google to find her because I couldn't recall the name.

Perhaps more famous, but not necessarily "tom cruise famous" are the actors Matthew Rhys (I know him from The Americans tv show) who I thought was ridiculously good, as well as Ralph Fiennes, who I thought was particularly great in the movie Quiz Show.

I like working actors, not megastars. Anthony Hopkins, Annette Bening, Edie Falco, Robert Duvall, Jeff Bridges, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, the list goes on and on.

Yeah, but those are all A-list actors. Watching some movies, I frequently see "that guy," and when I go to IMDB, I see a B-list actor who has done a ton of movies, frequently one per year.
            That's a career to admire.

Oh also Jason Isaacs. He was in a one-season show I really enjoyed called "Awake" (2012) about a man in a car crash who wakes up each morning with either his son still alive or his wife still alive, but not both. It was a good show, IIRC. He's often known for playing Malfoy in Harry Potter, or even the asshole British colonel in The Patriot.

He’s also narrated about a dozen audiobooks…

He’s also recorded hundreds of commercials as the M&M and dozens of commercials for a major insurance company…

                      Lena Olin.

I loved her in Havana, a very underrated movie that also starred Robert Redford and Raul Julia.

                        @jon-nyc

I see that one also starred Alan Arkin -- another very good underrated actor.

A favorite of mine has always been William T. Macy. I think the camera didn't love him the way it has other major stars.

Another one is Danny Glover. He starred in a PBS production, where he played the devil. He took your breath away. Made you sorry he piddled around with those cop-comedy things when he could have burned up the world.

There's a joke in there somewhere

It's pronounced "Bewt", you silly man...

                                      You're talking outta your boot.

                                      I was only joking
