Fuck. Crazy bastard already eats only hard-boiled eggs in restaurants because he's paranoid about food tampering from nutters. This isn't going to help.

    Please love yourself.

Great, just great. Are we in for a rash of attacks on stage performers now?

I hesitate to ask are we really that crazy, because I'm afraid to know the answer.

Apparently, security and some other friends of Chappell "started “kicking and punching” the suspect in an assault that went on for several minutes." Hopefully, at some point during the beating the suspect recognized his poor judgment in attacking Chappell.

ADD: "she saw the suspect being loaded into an ambulance after the show. She said he appeared to have been badly beaten."

Hopefully that will get around and the attacks will cease.

@89th So that pretty much also makes Chappell's "security team" residents of Crazytown, doesn't it?

His security team were all laughing about the attack, till Jada Pinckett raised her eyebrow at them.

That’s unfortunate. It’s going to cost Dave quite a bit of money.

                          Depends.

Depends on the laws of the state and if the attacker had a deadly weapon in his possession.

If there’s a group of people beating him I would interpret struggling as trying to get away.

Well-trained security people would in all probability be well equipped to disarm an ordinary guy of deadly weapons. Deadly weapons are only as deadly as their users are able to utilize them.
