On iPhone, I use the one pre-installed by Apple.
On iPad, I use this https://apps.apple.com/us/app/weather/id1137406490

Pretty basic, and the ads are not annoying. I don’t really use the Weather app much on iPads, but it works well enough for me.

      I use Geometric Weather.

Real open source, no ads, no spying, very detailed weather information.

It's only available for Android, though.

Thanks folks. I’ll try a few of these.

I use AccuWeather, but it's a website. I'm sure they have an app, but I've never installed it.

+1 I like their Minutecast feature.

I must be old. I'm still using NOAA, and I like it, thank you very much. 😀

That's pretty easy when you live in the desert. 😆

For radar I use this, but imagine there are a billion similar to it:

                        https://apps.apple.com/us/app/weather-hi-def-radar/id458225159

I know weather underground and Windy are both really good too. Almost too good (many options).

@Mik I live in the suburban jungle. Nearest camels and desert are a few hours drive away.

                            Ok just being snarky.

I use the generic weather app on my iPhone. Seems to know when it’s going to rain.

This morning I am dressing for work… “Hey Siri, what’s today’s forecast?” “It’s currently 61 degrees. Today’s high will be 64 and will drop to the high 40’s by late afternoon.”

                              It’s 86 degrees right now…

Finley and I were at the park 46 minutes ago. I noticed a couple of drops. Check Accuweather Minutecast. “No Precipitation In Sight!” We keep playing… 5 minutes later we are hiding in a gazebo from a torrential downpour with lightning and thunder…
