From what I can tell she was the daughter of a mom who, along with a half-dozen other anti-vaxxers, refused to follow the museum's entry and health policies and were arrested and/or removed by police. Sadly, "arresting a 9 year old" is probably the headline the mom wanted to get printed.

Maybe one where parents don't use them as tools to further their own agenda.
