For those of you who don't know, Culvers is a fast-food chain based in Wisconsin, and they've expanded to Illinois.
One of my favorites, when we're doing fast food, is their "Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad with Grilled Chicken." I always get the blue cheese dressing, and on occasion, I've asked for an extra dressing.
I've had some of those extra dressings stored in the refrigerator for a while, and today I took a look.
On the back, it says "use by..."
What date is that supposed to be?

I wouldn't worry about it if it's been refrigerated. MFR and i always go around about these things.

Isn't blue cheese without any mold just cheese?

I think it’s a putrid mix of spores, mold, and fungus all wrapped into a viscous, evil-smelling mess.

Or as we used to call it, a full English breakfast
LOL! I love a full Irish Breakfast, which is a full English Breakfast except you replace the tea with a half liter of Stout, and I on certain occasions add a jigger of whiskey.
