Home-jarred or store-bought?
Silly George.
Well, here we looked at Doordash but decided to cook a couple Wild Fork filets and
bakednuked potatoes.A recipe I want to try is sea salt crusted baked potatoes. Had one from Firebird's last week and it was fantastic. But it takes a couple hours, so not for tonight.

baked nuked potatoes
I've gotten away from nuking spuds. Nuking tends to steam them, whereas baking them, well, it bakes them. The texture is just a bit different, and I prefer baked in the oven - no foil, nothing.

Ok, again we go with filets, but this time they will be porcini crusted with blue cheese butter, salt crusted baked potatoes.
