We are having Dragon's Breath grilled salmon. We had pizza last night (Papa Murphy's) so we didn't want to have it tonight, too.

Chicken Schnitzel with oven-roasted red spuds.

No idea of what veggie, yet.

                      Silly George.

Well, here we looked at Doordash but decided to cook a couple Wild Fork filets and baked nuked potatoes.

A recipe I want to try is sea salt crusted baked potatoes. Had one from Firebird's last week and it was fantastic. But it takes a couple hours, so not for tonight.

I've gotten away from nuking spuds. Nuking tends to steam them, whereas baking them, well, it bakes them. The texture is just a bit different, and I prefer baked in the oven - no foil, nothing.

It was good! Just the right amount of heat from the spices and herbs on the salmon. Had mashed potatoes and broccoli as well.

Friday night dinner for me was salad, mixed with pear Gorgonzola, mixed nuts, wasabi peas, dried cranberries, crushed Sun chips.
