A conservative organization published their findings in a conservative newspaper. As a conservative, even I can see how that's not exactly the most objective way to address the topic.
That being said, are their findings that 15 million ballots were requested but not sent in? Saying ballots were unaccounted for is a vague statement. And yes, overall I think there's plenty of ways to improve the election system. I can imagine it would be relevant during elections like 2000 where it was close, and not in 2020 where it was a landslide result.

that would even come close to moving the needle
Mr. Biden won the popular vote by 7 million votes.
15 million votes would move the needle
It would take (roughly) a 11M to 4M split to reverse the results
And if I had ham I could have ham ‘n eggs if I had eggs.

In the November 2020 general election, whose chaotic results have been vigorously disputed
The results weren't chaotic.
Just saying this shit over and over doesn't make it true.

The acceptance of Trump’s loss was a little chaotic though

See, y'all are lost in the weeds of the last election. That battle has been fought, that election has been stolen. Fair enough, spilt milk is just that.
The point is now to make sure that elections are beyond question. Sunshine. Sunshine. Sunshine. All over the world, people know that mail-in ballots are the ballots most subject to fraud. Reforms are simple...
- No ID, no vote. Period.
- Mail-in ballots should be only under approved circumstances and subject to signature match. Your sig
gets kicked out, you will be notified by phone, text or email and have three days to correct the problem. Anybody caught tampering with mail-in ballots or ballot harvesting shall be subject to five years at hard labor. Period. - Voter roles shall be purged on a yearly basis, not less than 90 days before a major (President, Senator) election. it shall be the voters responsibility to notify his voting district when he moves out of the district. Voters registered in multiple districts should be subject to fine. Do it three times, and voter should be subject to a fine and loss of voting privileges for ten years. Anything more than that is Leavenworth.
Elections have to be beyond reproach. Anything less is setting the nation up for bullets instead of ballots at some point in the future.

Hey, Aqua, I take it back. We are politicizing reality.
Nah, reality is a foreign concept to you.

Mr. Biden won the Electoral Count by fewer than 200,000 popular votes in the right states…

There'd be less "chaos" if we stopped electing whiny little babies with personality defects.

I'm not sure what the details would be, but I could see some sort of smart/trackable approach using SSNs and a form of blockchain/NFTs. Seriously... could be self-trackable yet anonymous.
