      Yum. We had grilled Wagyu strips, artichoke hearts and corn on the cob. First wine in a couple weeks. Yum.

          Fantastic. And easy and fast.

          Asparagus, garlic, chicken broth, and a bit of heavy cream are the only ingredients. The asparagus softens in 10-15m and then I use a stick blender right in the pot.

              That's pretty much what I do, less the cream. I find it really doesn't need the extra fat to be delicious.

                I thought the cream improved the color a lot.

                  411 calories and 44 g fat, 27 of which are saturated.
