That photo is a bit deceptive. A US superliner is 3.1 meters wide, and I'd assume European trains are similar. Allowing a corridor (to the left) of 1 meter's width, you're down to 2.1 meters across the space that the photo shows. It's a lot narrower than it looks. On US trains, the bedroom's bed is positioned 90 degrees to travel direction, IOW across the car. There's enough room for a 6 foot person to sleep in it, and a very narrow (8" closet) at the foot. From the website, it looks like this is one of those "excursion" things, where the goal is travel by night, then tour by the day. I'm not much into "touring," but the accommodations look wonderful. There is a similar concept in Canada - the Rocky Mountaineer. "Train by Day, Hotel by Night." In the Canadian Rockies, you want to be awake on the train! There are any number of private railcar owners who hook up onto Amtrak's train that provide a similar service - total luxury for your trip. The costs for sleeper are roughly double what you'd pay on Amtrak. I'm not sure if I want to pay twice the price for better meals and prettier surroundings.

I saw Ted Williams play at Fenway Park, over 60 years ago. The story mentions that he was in the same outfit as John Glenn in Korea. I believe he was John Glenn's wingman. Those are two Marine aviators you wouldn't want to see coming at you if you were the enemy. He died 20 years ago, but he was frozen and awaits his rebirth.

Employee theft and and the general public are really very different things - much easier to clamp down on the people you're paying to work. The real problem is the store's apparent inability or unwillingness to stop people from stealing at the risk of getting sued, or shot, or cancelled for racism, or whatever it is. It's a ridiculous situation.
