Relying on this Right has always seemed kind of stupid to me. It just doesn't make sense.
In my mind, the murderer's privacy has never overruled the victims right to life. Why would this just apply to murdering a baby, why not apply it to any murder?
What about the shoplifter's or horse thief's right to privacy?
If you want to justify abortion, find some other reason.
