It’s more complicated than that, but I think that’s what they’re worried about.

What they said he said: https://x.com/HouseJudiciary/status/1707410295298138183?s=20 What he actually said: https://x.com/jeffcharlesjr/status/1707520320859513150?s=20 The only way it could have been more fake is if they added a soundtrack of crowds yelling. Music would've been nice as well.

It was shot in Chicago! I didn't recognize a thing, though a lot of the non-generic stuff might have been location-shot filler. [image: 1695935249511-screenshot-2023-09-28-at-4.07.12-pm.png] https://www.chicagostudiocity.com

@Renauda said in 2nd GOP Debate: @Mik Fighting the other party is one thing and understandable, but to have to fight factionalism in your party is quite another. I'd prefer they spend their time working for the good of the nation. Yeah, I'm a dreamer.

So grueling. Sorry to hear that. Riding 50 miles is a challenge, getting up and doing it over the next day is something else again.

I remember in Taiwan, there was always talk about busing in "supporters" of a candidate, giving them a few $NT and a free meal to cheer and "support" the candidate. I am sure that probably some people attended multiple rallies for different candidates.

And vape backpacks, smart watches, t-shirts, and hoodies. A friend was telling me that some have the vaping device in the "string" of a hoodie. Kids will take a vape, and then pull their collar out and exhale into the "hoodie" so that there is very little evidence that they are doing it. Not only from a health standpoint, but from an economic standpoint for kids, it is a bad idea.

@89th said in Ozempic mental health side effects: So basically, it's really the most unreliable statistics database EVAH. Voluntary, no baseline (denominator), possible duplicates. You noticed... Interestingly, I don't recall NPR, or any other outlet, being critical of VAERS. Of course, I could be wrong.

@George-K said in Little Brown Pill: However, a new UK-led study has shown that molnupiravir "can give rise to significantly mutated viruses which remain viable," lead author Theo Sanderson told AFP. Sanderson, a geneticist at London's Francis Crick Institute, emphasized that there is no evidence that "molnupiravir has to date created more transmissible or more virulent viruses." Seem to be opposite opinions.

That's great. My brother in law in Wisconsin bought a house in the country about 10 years ago and he quickly cleared the land around the house, fenced it in, and bought 4 donkeys. No reason, other than they had the space and wanted some farm animals (they since have chickens, pig, sheep, etc). Anyway, the donkeys were cool... low maintenance (hay, grass, water) other than any medicines. They were also much more powerful than you'd expect up close, when you saw them from afar. Taking a page out of @Jolly 's book, a few years ago a wolf broke in to the pasture and I had to spend about 2 hours with a shotgun watching over the land until they were able to get a trailer ready to haul them to another farm until they could fix the fence.

Interesting. I'll have to look that up. I do have a lot of respect for Attenborough. Plus his voice is better than Ambien for putting you to sleep.
