It’ll be a narrow ruling. It won’t address liability for fossil fuel externalities it will simply be that the state lacks the authority under federal law. Seems almost boring. Does anyone remember when NY had a similar suit thrown out? Me neither. The only difference is this will be the SCOTUS rather than circuit court so it’ll get grave headlines.

He also remade the Taking of Pelham 123, it was OK But Robert Shaw is so much better that John Travolta, there is no need for discussion.

It seems believable we could wipe the majority off the map if we had the backbone.

Yeah he treated the interns as his harem. Well known. And due to their cultural programming, they didn't seem to need therapy after he was done with them. I suspect they were proud of their accomplishment of having been fucked by the president.

@taiwan_girl said in Dont Celebrate Too Early: @89th said in Dont Celebrate Too Early: I saw this finish... and immediately thought, "weren't both of them technically running?" I think that they need to have at least one foot on the ground at all times. One foot on the ground, and one in the grave. Endurance athletes are cheating their own futures.
