There is no evidence hydroxychloroquine can prevent coronavirus, and regulators have warned the drug could cause heart problems. If anything works, it will be the cocktail with zinc and a z-pack.

I think it is interesting with franchise companies. On one side, they say that each store is not owned by them, so they have no control over (certain) things in the store. On the other side, stores have to follow pretty strict requirements and rules that are put out by the main company, are they cannot be a franchise.
