NYC will come back for sure. It’s a lost year. I know many kids that are giving up city rents as the leases expires as there is no good reason to be in a major city now. So many better options to have some semblance of a life. I’m a little surprised that they have made it this far outside the parties they go to and gatherings they attend when they can. For the college set it must be awful watching the friends that do get to go to school. How do they even interact with each other on social media. And dating, well incel has been given new meaning.

@George-K your second reason is why I stick with Spotify. Apple Music doesn’t work with 3rd party voice recognition. We have a bunch of google home devices and the voice recognition is WAY better for Indian artists.

We all have skin in the game when it comes to a society deciding what is and is not necessary to begin an economically viable adult life. It's an important question and not a strictly personal preference one, whether that stuff has value for your typical 18-20 year old.
