I would like to see the residents of the area finally heard. I suppose the popularity of the protest started low, and is approaching zero with them at this point.

I agree. The city made a serious mistake in not stopping the set up of the camp when it first started.

I agree with @Mik The negatives that can happen are much much greater than the $1 USD savings by using an old bottle.

@Mik said in Top doctor in Italy says coronavirus is weakening:

I suppose it could get more infectious and still be weaker in its effect, although that seems unlikely.

Yeap, would not be so bad if becoming more infectious is mitigated by also becoming less deadly or less physically debilitating. Though that article mentions that, for that particular mutation, being more infectious does not make it more deadly or less deadly.

    That poor woman.

She must have been so surprised when she discovered someone was taking those pictures.

If Mr. Trump ever finds that photographer there will be heck to pay.

Liquid sodium silicate. Mix 1:9 with DI H2O. Half fill a crock with solution and lay your eggs in. Do not use over a five gallon crock. You must keep at least two inches of solution

Thanks, Jolly. That's my #1. I've got lots of that stuff left over from my meth lab days. Glad I didn't throw anything out.

Eggs in an ice tray. That's something I might try, without telling my wife. I'll just start cracking and freezing eggs, see if she notices or says anything.

Don't forget to scramble or results may be less than desirable.

Scotty Kilmer is a mechanic, and has one of the most popular Youtube channels. He's quite the character, very "old school" in terms of honesty, and speaking his mind.

He mentioned that he has now passed the billionth viewer on his channel, and has 2 million subscribers. Maybe it was only 1 million.

At any rate, he mentioned that he has made over 7 million dollars off of YouTube over the years.

That's why a guy like Molyneux pleads for people to send him money, since demonetization is a killer. Bret Weinstein, Dave Rubin, and many others depend on their work making Youtube videos, it's a major source of income.

Tim Pool mentioned today that it's only a matter of time until YouTube pulls the plug on his channel, since YouTube has already demonetized most of his videos. How would you like your boss to say, "I don't like what you said this week, so no payment until you smartly decide to agree to our ideology."

Also may be that Joe Rogan saw this all coming, so he will be going to Spotify and earning millions. I'm sure Rogan will gladly flip off YouTube, on his way to greener grass.

Like a month or two ago there was the mentality of "Well eventually we will re-open but we can always adjust based on how the numbers look" and now we're in the "oh....I didn't mean we'd really adjust" denial phase.

It's slowly getting better. Last night was the first night after that incident in which I could actually sleep properly. @Catseye3 's suggestion with the cooling was helpful.

Do not know much about this case, but in general (but not always), I am a believer in second chances, and I do not think it is right to have someones life be defined by something that happened years or decades ago.

In this above case, it does seem like the law was followed, she served time in jail and her sentence was legally commuted. If she has been living a good life since 2001, great.

    Good grief!!!
