On one of Miller's shows, he interviewed Fat Mike from NOFX. That was I think the last time I saw him in anything aside from this.

There's lots of youtube videos of Miller talking to Norm Macdonald on Miller's show. I think I've listened to all of them. Miller loves Norm.

I remember way back in the day and I was working in NY in mount Sinai, and it was during the Clinton Lewinsky affair and hearing someone in the OR asking a nurse for the Lewinsky while pointing to the suction.
